The convergence of Information Technology with the rapid progression of manufacturing control systems will completely re-make the manufacturing landscape in the next decade. Low cost, easy to use robots and the emergence of 3D print systems will greatly contribute to this change giving high technology access to markets that were previously incapable of bearing the cost or emerging markets that did not exist 10 years ago.
Integration of hardware and control with intelligence will drive massive reductions in cost and increases in performance. Our goal is to part of that change. Ai??We seek to contribute to the creation of next-generation production tools based on advanced, low cost electric motor technology and the associated actuators focused on strategic energy and manufacturing applications.

With 30 years of experience in industrial automation technology, Steve Meyer, CEO and Senior Consultant at Solid Tech Inc. has gained insider knowledge about many industries, including metal forming, plastics industry machinery, packaging machinery, and semiconductor equipment. Mr. Meyer has worked in marketing for a variety of companies, including; General Electric (GE), Unique Mobility, and Rockwell Automation.
Sales territories under his management multiplied 5 and 10 times in a few years.
By combining a strong understanding of technology and business fundamentals, Mr. Meyer has helped clients grow business and gain important insights that help businesses focus their Ai??strengths and increase revenue.
Mr. Meyer is a published expert in mechatronics in Design World magazine and has 4 issued US Patents for electromechanical systems.
